Tui Na

A body work therapy that was developed in China over 3,000 years ago. It works on the energy systems of the body. Tui Na works with qi/chi (vital energy) of the patient to bring a balanced state of health and to remove blockages that are located in the body due to injury, diet or lifestyle. The work is done entirely with the practitioners hands to help increase the beneficial flow of Qi through the patient’s meridian system.

Sports massage was developed to help athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training. Swedish | Circulatory

An invigorating and relaxing form of massage. The massage is performed directly on the surface of the skin, using oil or lotion, applying a variety of strokes which help to smooth , knead and stretch the muscles and connective tissues. Circulatory massage is especially therapeutic in its ability to calm and relax the central nervous system.
